Clean and free of playa. Big inside and almost 6'2" of head space!

the tent was purchased mid Aug 2009 and used one week at Burning Man. It has been cleaned of the dust and in good shape. one of the extra tie down loops tore from above the doorway. The tent is impressive as it withstood 45 mph gusts. It does come with the rain cover, but not the "footprint" that REI offers at extra cost. thanks again!

A: version 4, no holes stains, description says loop over doorway is torn. this doesn't hold rain top; its just extra tie down. i think description says all above, or at least i made addendum. thanks

 Q: Are the dimensions correct for this tent? They make a 4 and a 6 person version of this tent.
A: this is 4 person tent, and it is called Hobitat4. OF course, it has quite a bit of room and 5 could fit in a pinch. thanks for your interest!
