Here is a black tutu and orange flower wand. The tutu has an orange flower attached and the tutu is made with an orange flower with a sparkly center. The flower has cascading ribbons and a little bell attached. My daughter is 6 in the picture and the tutu still has plenty of stretch. The tutu will fit a child 3-8 perfectly. Perfect for Halloween parties or wearing on top of jeans or leggings! New!
