ENGINE STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS- LACKING POWER- DIAGNOSIS IS THAT A VALVE SEAT POPPED OUT. THE OTHER CYLINDER HAS 120 PSI COMPRESSION- THIS ENGINE DID NOT SMOKE OR KNOCK AT ALL- IF YOU CAN REPAIR THE VALVE SEAT, ENGINE SHOULD BE FINE. ENGINE IS COMPLETE- WITH STARTER AND MUFFLER- I PUT IN A NEW CARB KIT AND COMPLETE FUEL PUMP ASSY AND DIAPHRAM. THANKS FOR LOOKING
