Shipping: We ship fast and use USPS Priority Mail or International mail. International service depends on final weight of package. Over 4lbs requires Priority International rates. All shipping rates will be combined for weight for actual shipping costs plus our supplies and auction fees. We pay Federal Excise Taxes so you are free to re-sell these lures. For USA customers we use tracking numbers provided by the USPS. If you report an order lost or stolen we will use tracking numbers to confirm. If lost or stolen we will only reimburse items with purchased insurance and only after we have been issued a refund from the USPS. For our international orders, we are not responsible for international orders being lost or stolen once they leave our control. International customers should purchase insurance (which only comes with Priority International shipping) if they want to be covered fully. We will not send out replacement orders if you do not purchase insurance.
