Payment:
1) Payment should be made using PayPal.
2) Payment should be made within 48 hrs of end of auction.
3) Should the buyer/bidder fail to make the payment within 48 hrs. A reminder will be send. If the bidder still fails to make the payment this will subsequently result in unpaid item strike and a negative feedback.
Fees:
1) Local pickup are subject to a handling fee of $9.99
Taxes and Tariff:
1) The buyer is responsible for for any foreign nation tariff.
Shipping and Handling:
1) Listed shipping charge is only for 48 States USA.
2) Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are subject to higher shipping charge.
3) All shipping will be done using FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS.
4) Item will be usually shipped within 2 business days. But depending on circumstances it may take 4 business days.
5) Local pickup are subject to a handling fee of $9.99
6) We are not responsible of any shipping related damages, should this happen the buyer may file a claim with the shipping company.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:
1) All items are sold AS IS.
2) Refunds, Returns, and/or exchanges will not be authorizes.
3) In a rare occasion should a refund need to be issued; we will not refund any shipping and handling charges. The refund item should be shipped to us via FedEx at the customer’s expense.
Auction Termination:
1) We do not terminate auctions early; so please don't ask for a buy it now and deal outside of ebay.
2) We as the seller reserves the right to terminate any auction at any time (due to lost or damage of the item during auction).
3) We also reserves the right to not sell an item after the auction is normal ended and payment is made (due to loss or damage of the item during/after auction); should this happen we will refund the buyers payment.
eBay Feedback:
1) We will leave a feedback only after the buyer has left a feedback on us.
2) We will try our best not to place a negative feedback on any of the buyer. We only places a negative feedback when the buyer places a negative feedback on us.
3) Also, the buyer should try to communicate with us before placing a negative feedback. We will do the same before placing a negative feedback on the buyer.
