Another vintage beauty, gorgeous horsehide leather jacket made by ZERO KING PRODUCT another well known leather garment designer at the time. Jacket is designed and made for HUDSON’s SPORT STORE DETROIT
All on this jacket is original and in very good vintage condition, with some patina which came in for 70 + years and made this jacket a gem for collection, or just every day outfit.
NOTE: As all looks good there is a flow on this jacket, please red description carefully and bid accordingly.
1. First there is a cut ½ inches long at right chest. Very easy repairable, but no time at the moment for repair by my self.
2. Continues scratch right sleeves to back panel.
3. Finally, heavy damage at right side of waist, bottom of belt, one 1 ½ inches cut another ¾ “, can be repaired with patch under nit of it. See pictures please.
NOTE: Very rare, buttoned front closure, as are buttons on small cuffs belts. See pictures please.
Beautiful English tan color medium to heavy weight, CHEVAL HIDE (horse hide) soft and supple.
Light olive color satin lining in fear condition, some tears at pit and some unprofessional stitching at waist, but all over very good condition.
Timeless design called half belt, but unfortunately after so many years belts are missing. Sewn in belt at the waist, two front flapped pockets, two chest slit pockets. Adorned end of sleeves with two beautiful vintage buttons, padded shoulders for better fitting. Two front flapped down pockets, two slit hand warmers pockets.Very rare, size tag still attached in right pocket and state size 44 and measurements are: 21 1/2” armpit to the armpit, 18“ shoulder seam to the shoulder seam (at the top) 26" shoulder seam (top of shoulder) to the end of cuff outside, 18 1/2” pit to cuff and 28" from nap of neck (bottom of collar) to the hem.
Compare with the measurements of your favorite jacket at home to insure a proper fit.
