Report itemHere is another rare find, very desirable size 44, original US Navy G-1 in absolutely excellent condition. Jacket made by one of the best and one of most anticipated contract for US NAVY, one of few companies which had contract with US AAF from far 1930’s. Very rare D model. According the label, jacket is from Vietnam era, made in 1971. Ruggedly made heavy goatskin in brown color , lighter shade of seal brown. It has double stitched seams, roomy pleated back and is vented under arms. Jacket is perfect vintage condition for its 38 years, just slightly signs of wear at elbows cuffs. See pictures please. NOTE: As is stated outer shell is perfect condition, lining immaculate, but there is issue with knitted parts, waist band and cuffs. Please watch pictures carefully, cuffs are already repaired, waist band with 4-5 big holes. Can be re stitched and it is wart to do it, jacket is beautiful. However as usually in deal WILL BE INCLUDED SET of BRAND NEW KNITTED PARTS made by current USAAf supplier. Dynel, faux fur collar is in excellent condition. Buttoned, flapped cargo pockets at waist and one inside " orders" pocket with snap button . You'll also find a hidden pen slot under the left pocket flap. The double thick leather tab under the zipper, with perforated letters USN. Original very heavy, SCOVILL brass zipper, in excellent working order. Original US NAVY label state:
