Registered Post
This is the standard shipping method we are using. It provides secure delivery worldwide and the ability to track your item online (only available in some countries). This postal service costs US$ 7.01 if you live in Ireland, US$ 14.01 for United Kingdom residents and US$ 14.01 for the rest of Europe. Shipping to countries outside Europe costs US$ 18.01.

RETURNS
We accept returns and issue refunds or store credit if necessary. Returns have to be made as soon as possible and in no more than 14 days from the date of purchase. Everything must be in the same condition as received. You, the customer, are responsible for any shipping and handling fees unless the return is due to our mistake. If you reside in a country outside the European Union (EU), you must declare the item as 'returned goods' to avoid customs charges. If you do not do that we will take the needed sum from your refund. In addition we charge a 20% restocking fee. The mailing service you should use must have a tracking number. Please contact us with the tracking number once you are given one.
