Heian Godan Shotokan Karate Kata Bunkai Oyo martial art

Heian Godan - the last of the Peaceful Mind series of kata.  This DVD features tuition on how the kata moves can be used for self defence.  It doesn't look at the usual "sporting distance" or kumite applications.  The attacker is featured doing the type of attacks that people do "outside".

The applications shown make use of the "pressure points" that each technique automatically lands on - if you know the use of it.
