Most orders shipped to the U.S. are by USPS (US POST OFFICE)
or UPS. Items under 13 oz are sometimes shipped via First Class Mail. All
other items are shipped
via USPS Priority Mail. Most international orders are shipped Airmail.
Canadian orders are sometimes shipped via UPS. If you do not want us to
use UPS then you must contact us to make further arrangements. Additional
shipping fees may apply. Most items ship within 2 business days. Please
allow 1 week for delivery. Allow 2-4 weeks for international orders.

Payment Details
NO Personal Checks. NO exceptions.
Call by phone to place a payment with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Payment should be received within 7 days after the auction ends.
PayPal payments can only be shipped to a CONFIRMED address.
Note: OHIO residents are required to pay a 6.34% OH sales tax.
ALL Credit Card Payments over the phone can only be shipped to your BILLING address.

Return Policy
All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused
and in resellable condition. All return must have a RMA number issued by
Jasmin's Hotspot. No refund or exchanges for items over 30 calendar days
from the date of receipt. Absolutely NO return or exchange on merchandise
that shows signs of having been used, installed, or mounted. Original shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty
associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the
shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging
materials for carrier inspection. All approved refunds will be paid
either by a method to be determined by Jasmin's Hotspot.
Warranty / Defect Claims
All warranty claims must be made through Jasmin's Hotspot prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact Jasmin's Hotspot via email to begin the warranty / defective claim process. A RMA number will be issued of the product is defective or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product Jasmin's Hotspot will forward the product to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the product is determined to be defective, Jasmin's Hotspot will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges. Any labor, installation, transportation and other costs can not and will not be refunded or compensated.
