This is an old victorian cast iron double oil lamp wall bracket / sconce . It is 15" long x 6" tall . The front holder ( furthest from the wall ) will hold a 4 3/4" diameter lamp , the back holder ( closest to the wall ) will hold a 3 3/4" oil lamp . It has a wall mount ( not the original ), but it does work , they have braised a nut to the bottom hole to accomidate the length of the peg that fits into the wall mount (SEE ALL PICS ) . The bracket has rust and some areas of pitting but should refinish well . It looks like a pc. of the ornamental part of the bracket arm is broken off , but it does not hurt the structure of the bracket , it looks to me like it stretched from the base of the arm up to the back holder (SEE ALL PICS) . There are a few factory flaws where the ornamental ears on the holders did not come out of the mold as crisp and clean as others . (SEE PICS )
