You're looking at a Netgear 108 Mbps Wireless PCI Adapter.  Model WG311t 32-bit.  It was last used about 2 months ago and worked fine.  I am getting rid of the adapter since I no longer have a desktop requiring it.  You get all that's shown in the picture: original box with antistatic bag, adapter with original antenna, installation guide and resource CD (Version 3.0). 

Adapter is in like new condition with the original screw on antenna.  CD and guide are in excellent like new condition.
