1999-2008 United States Mint Clad and Silver Proof Sets

Enjoy coins that are considered to be the finest examples of U.S. coinage available. Proof coins are struck from specially selected and polished planchets (coin blanks). The dies used to strike these coins are specially prepared as well and highly polished. The planchets are hand fed into the striking press and special care is taken during the handling and packaging of the proof coins. Proof coins are struck twice to ensure an increased sharpness in detail. The coins also exhibit a mirror finish because of the polished die and planchet.

All 1999-2008 sets containing proof condition coins. Cases contain the Lincoln cents, the Jefferson nickels, the Roosevelt dimes, Kennedy half-dollars, and Sacagawea dollars.

50 State QuartersEvery state quarter is represented in this offer. Cases contain all 50 of the Washington quarter-dollars minted for the 50 State Quarters® Program from 1999 to 2008. The 50 state quarters include every state from Delaware to Hawaii, and are minted in the metal composition of .900 pure silver, as are the dime, quarter, and half dollar in the Silver Proofs and all clad composit coins as well! All 50 quarters share the same Washington obverse.

50 State QuartersThe 2007 & 2008 cases contain the U.S. Mint $1 Presidential Proof four coin set enclosed within a separate sleeve. These cases contain a proof strike of the George Washington to Martin Van Buren dollars.
