French Grange Cherry Wood TV Entertainments Cabinet

Description:
This is a lovely quality original "Grange" "XT210 C1" television TV / DVD / Sky cabinet in "Rochamb", the cabinet bearing the original "Grange" labels written in French on the reverse side.  The cabinet is French made of classic directoire design having two doors and a single drawer of metamorphic design.  The cabinet stands on a moulded cherry wood blind plinth rising over which is the cherry wood body of the cabinet with panelled sides in figured cherry veneers.  To the front are two panelled doors again with classic dowelled mortise and tennon joints with decorative cherry wool mouldings, complete with working key, original lock and escutcheon.  There is a single frieze drawer over with original brass handles, the drawer running smoothly, having beech wood linings.  Surmounting is the directoire style deep moulding and cherry wood panelled top.  Upon opening, the doors swing through 90 degrees and slide back along the side of the TV cabinet, revealing a single sliding forward swivelling TV stand with a single shelf below for the DVD player / Sky box / Video player etc., with openings at the back for the cables.  The cabinet bears the "Grange" label to the bottom right hand side.  There is a storage area below for the electrical fittings.  The cabinet has solid panels to the front and sides, beautifully fielded to the inside and of exceptionally good quality.

The cabinet is in good condition, with just some minor abrasions to the top
