I ship on Tuesday (once a week) in order to keep your postal charges down (I live in a small town in which the post office is only open one hour a day).  If I do not receive your payment by Monday, your items will be shipped the following Tuesday. 

Payment must be made within 5 days of auction end.

Please note: I ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPPING and try hard to find the cheapest way to ship to you safely.

Please do not bid, if you do not intend to pay, as I *do* file non-paying bidder reports against buyers who don't pay...ebay will no longer allow me to call them what they are, but we all know, so I guess it's not necessary. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL BIDDERS!!! PLEASE be sure you read my ENTIRE auction description PRIOR to bidding. By placing a bid, you are AGREEING to the terms outlined in this auction description.

I am forced to add this to every auction because, due to ebay's changes, over the past year or so.

You acknowledge that you have READ the auction description in full. If you have any expectations regarding the condition of the items (i.e., whether the item is "mint", "dinged", etc.) be sure to email a question PRIOR to bidding. I do my best to be "more than accurate" in my descriptions of the items I sell, but, being human, it is possible that I will make a mistake now and then, or our definitions of something will be totally different. Please be aware that, unless an item is called NEW, it is likely a USED or PLAYED WITH item and may even have signs of use that are NOT mentioned in the auction description. If that may be a concern to you, email me PRIOR to bidding and I will gladly address any question(s) you may have.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING/HANDLING means just that. You are entering a contract, knowing FULL WELL, prior to bidding, what your shipping and handling costs will be. I am agreeing to ship your package anywhere within the contiguous USA for that price. I cannot charge you more and you will not expect me to charge you less...what the post office charges me is only a *part* of the shipping costs I incur. You agree that you understand that, in bidding on my auction, you are in FULL agreement with the shipping costs stated. I do automatically have confirmation delivery onto the postage charge.

I ship in a timely manner. I attempt to mail items every Tuesday (once a week) so that I am not constantly driving long distance to the post office. I will package your item well, in an appropriate shipping container, however, I have NO control over how long the postal service takes to deliver your package, nor do I have any control over the HANDLING of the package, once it leaves my possession. You should purchase insurance, if you are concerned about how the postal service handles packages.

I DO NOT accept returns. I describe my items to the best of my ability. If you have a specific concern or question about the item that is not mentioned in the auction description, be sure to ask about it PRIOR to bidding and as soon as possible at the beginning of the sale.  In the extremely unlikely event of a return being agreed to, NO SHIPPING FEES or costs WILL BE REFUNDED, WHATSOEVER.

I will leave you appropriate feedback for the auction at the END of the transaction between us.

Your obligation as a buyer does NOT end when you submit payment for the item. You are *obligated* to inform me if you have any questions or concerns regarding the item or it's shipment, once you receive it, so that we can discuss whether I have any responsibility for any perceived "problem", and, if I am responsible, you will be reasonable in allowing me to try to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. If you are satisfied with the item, once you leave appropriate, fair and honest feedback for me, I will leave appropriate, fair and honest feedback for you. Let me point out...it is NOT fair to agree to auction terms then complain in your feedback about shipping costs, shipping time, how the postal service treated the package in transit, etc. Your feedback is your public declaration that you are satisfied with the transaction.

I am a FAIR and HONEST seller. This is evidenced by my years of positive feedback. If/when there is a REAL problem with a purchase. Items listed are from garage and/or estate sales, etc.  I will try to address it, IF I have done something to cause it. If a buyer is not satisfied with the items they purchase, and their complaint is REASONABLE, I will work with them to resolve it. I expect those who buy my items to be FAIR, HONEST, and REASONABLE with me, in return. Thank you.
