   Adorable set from The Bailey Boys in size 8. The top measures 24" long and has a little ruffle at the bottom. The pants are elastic waist and were hemmed. They currently measure 27.5" from waist to the bottom - hem is 2.5".  Cotton/poly blend, I did not find any flaws. I have this set listed in a 24m as well if you need matching outfits.
