Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns for other than manufacturer or material defect will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and all original parts, instructions and packing. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
