Marshall DSL401 combo- Does not work

Up for auction is a used Marshall DSL401 all tube combo amp.  **The amplifier does not power up**  I had it plugged in, the electricity went off and came back on, the amp would not tun back on.  I checked the fuses and they looked fine, so I'm not sure what the problem is.  Everything except the reverb worked fine before this happened.  Cosmetically the amp is in pretty good shape.  The vinyl has a few tears, but nothing major.  When I bought the amp, it did not come with a footswitch.  The one included is brand new, ordered from my local music store.

I was planning on selling the amp before it stopped working because I could use the money. It's been sitting around for about 4 months since, and I don't have the money to have it repaired so I'm selling as is.  As I stated above, I don't know what is wrong with the amp; it could be cheap or expensive to fix.  In any case, once it's working again, you will not be dissapointed with the sound.
