This is a brand new never used Premier Feather Tether. These are designed so you can teach your bird to walk on a leash. I bought if for my Amazon and did not end up using it. It is designed to work on large birds such as Amazons, African grays, and cockatoos. It has never been out of its package and never used. These retail for $20.
