You are bidding on a set of brand new, handmade, all occasion wine bags.  I actually like to call these wine "socks" because they fit a standard bottle of wine just like a sock.  :)

The charms on the maroon bag are a Wine Bottle & Glass and a Wine Cork Screw.  The charms on the multi-colored bag are brass-colored circles engraved with "Health" and "Wealth" and the corresponding (Chinese?) symbols.

They are unique and make great gift wrap . . . or look very festive decorating your own table.
