Vintage to Old WOOD CHECKER BOARD, 1 3/8" Thick & FOLDS

This Wooden Checkerboard measures 15 3/4 by 15 7/8 inches and raised up 1 3/4 inches (thick).

The sides of this Checker Board have plaster over the wood. You can see it in my third picture, but it's hard to see the thickness of the plaster. The side design was probably pressed into the wet plaster. The top checker blocks might also have plaster over the wood. I can't see any plaster chips on the blocks, but there is plaster showing on the corners.

My last picture shows the back side of this Checker Board. One side has the old paper wallpaper. The two sides are held together, and swing open and closed, using two sets of double small eye loops that have thread posts that holds them in the wood.
