SHIPPING COMPANY: We ship mostly through UPS GROUND. Your package should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on where you live. Flat shipping fees apply only to the 48 contiguous states of the USA. Alaska and Hawaii are more expensive. If you live outside of the 48 states, e-mail us for a quote. In very limited cases, we ship via USPS. International orders can take as long as 4 weeks to arrive. So, be patient.

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We can also ship OVERNIGHT, or 2-3 day Priority. The fees on these will be higher. If these fees are not stated in the auction, e-mail us for a quote.

TERMS USED TO DESCRIBE PRODUCT CONDITION

New or Brand New: The product has never been used and the original manufacturer's box has never been opened.

 

New In Open Box: The product has never been used, but the original manufacturer's seal has been broken and the box opened. All accessories and warranty are still intact, unless stated otherwise, and  the product has been inspected, tested and approved by us.

 

Like New: The product looks new by inspection, and is still in its original box. But there are signs of SLIGHT USE. Some accessories may be missing.

 

Refurbished: A used product that has been truly factory reconditioned to the specifications of a new one by the original manufacturer. The product is factory sealed in a box, unless opened by us for software installation purposes.

 

Used: This is a product that has been used to various extent. The extent of use shall be clearly stated.

Warranty, Refunds & Returns

RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY DETAILS

Returns and Refunds are allowed ONLY within 30-days of your purchase. Follow the following guidelines if you need to Return an item.

1. Inspect your item as soon as you receive it, and save the packaging material and box. If the product is defective, contact us right away to arrange for exchange, repair or refund; whichever applies. We value you as a customer and shall work with you to insure that you get your money's worth.

 

2. For an item that is only under our 30-day warranty, if it becomes defective within this period, and the defect is not due to damage caused by you, contact us to arrange for an exchange, repair or refund.

3. If the item is under manufacturer's warranty, you can contact either us or the manufacturer directly to arrange for exchange, repair, or refund during the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, contact only the manufacturer.

4. If you return an item for defective reason and opt for a cash refund, and we find the product to be fully working, a 20% RESTOCK FEE shall be charged and taken out of your fund before the remainder is returned to you. Also, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

5. If you opt to return a product for any reason that is not our fault, a 20% RESTOCK FEE shall be charged and taken out of your payment before the remainder is returned to you. Also, the shipping cost shall not be refunded.

6. OPENED SOFTWARE ARE NOT RETURNABLE.  


7. If you damage the product by accident or by operating it wrongly, do not contact us because no return authorization or refund will be given in this situation.

8. All items must be returned in its original condition and package. All accessories and manuals must also be included. You will be charged for any missing accessories or original retail box.
9. Items returned without a return authorization from us shall not be accepted
