Where Does It All Come From?: The vast majority of merchandise listed is coming back in from a 12-36-month lease from companies all over the world. We stand 100% behind what is advertised in our listings. 

Warranty AS IS: This item has no warranty. Items that are won "AS IS" have no warranty, which means they are sold absolutely “AS IS” with no possibilities of exchange or refund. Most of what we sell is good and working but there is the chance an “As Is” item could be deficient. Please do not bid if this is unacceptable to you 

Tested: All equipment listed with a warranty have been tested by our audit department and have been found to function properly. If we do not have the necessary equipment to test an item, the item will always be sold “AS IS”.  Reasons for the “AS IS” auction will always be stated in the listing. 

Images: We photograph all of our auction items individually. Items listed in a store format or items presented in quantity listings are generally representative of all the items we have for sale.  The images displayed are of the actual item for sale unless otherwise specified. 

Batteries: The nature of batteries is volatile, specifically used batteries. EPC makes no guarantee on the life of batteries unless otherwise specified in a listing.  If we are aware of a battery's condition (by itself or as part of another item listed), we will pass that information on. Refunds will never be given in the event of battery malfunction EXCEPT in the instance that we specifically guarantee the battery against DOA in the listing.  

Payment: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover though Paypal Merchant Services. International customers must pay via PayPal in US Dollars.  Missouri, South Carolina and Nevada customers will be charged State Sales Tax.

Tracking: A tracking number is sent out automatically by EPC, Inc.'s shipping department. If you do not receive one within 48 hours, single auction orders can be tracked via eBay auction number here (NOTE: the tracking site does not work on listings that have more than one in quantity.). If you still do not receive a tracking number, please contact us. 

Shipping: We primarily use FedEx to ship items won in our auctions. Buyers who wish to use UPS must make note of it upon payment.  You can use eBay’s shipping calculator (located at the bottom of this auction) to figure out shipping cost prior to bidding.  While we can ship USPS please note that utilizing USPS will result in a 3-4 day delay in processing.  International bidders using USPS will pay EMS (Express Mail Service) shipping cost. International bidder should be aware that they are responsible for additional taxes and tariffs charged by shipping companies, their countries, etc.  

ANY WARRANTY OFFERED IS VOID WHEN
ITEMS ARE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE US.

International Shipping Restrictions:  EPC, Inc. observes the restrictions set by the United States Government on what items can be sent out of the United States.  The International shipping of any items purchased will follow those restrictions.  If you are unsure about your ability to receive merchandise, contact the US Department of the Treasury- Office of Foreign Asset Control - via their website. NOTE We will not ship ANY item to ANY country deemed dangerous by the United States government or any country on the Do Not Ship To list.

The Value of Items: Our auction prices are very seldom an indication of an items true value. We begin the listing of most of our items with an enticing opening bid. If they sell for that price, you got a great deal! If an item doesn't sell for an opening bid, it will be relisted and open for auction again.  

Auction Items: These items are available only via the process of bidding inside of eBay. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Buy It Now Items: These items are available both through the mechanism of eBay's purchasing system AND also available via EPC's retail location.
