 Graphic Placement The default placement for the graphic is on the front of the shirt. We can print on the front or the back of the shirt. We can also print a small version of this graphic on the left breast area of the shirt, contact us for details. Let us know if you want the graphic on the front or the back of the shirt with the drop down box privided above. If you do not make a choice the grahpic will be printed on the front of the shirt.
Shipping Because we offer Free Shipping we reserve the right to ship all items the best and most efficient way we can. We typically use USPS First Class Mail for all single item shipments. Multiple items, depending on weight and destination, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Our handling time for shipping is listed as two days but in most cases we ship within 24 hours of payment received, depending on our work load. This policy excludes weekends and holidays.
We must ship to the address on the PayPal invoice. If you want your item(s) shipped to an address other than your own, you must have this address on the PayPal invoice when you make your payment. This is easy to do in your PayPal account if you click on your profile and add an address. If you make payment with one address and ask to have your package sent to another, not on the PayPal invoice, we will notify you that your item will be shipped to the address on the PayPal invoice. We must ship to the address on the PayPal invoice to be protected by PayPal Seller Protection Policies. Thank you  in advance for understanding this. The PayPal Seller Protection Policy as well as the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy, makes buying and selling online a safer experience.
International The only way we will do international shipments is via USPS International Express Mail (EMS). Unfortuneatly this is the only way we can track the package and prove delivery. If you are an international buyer and are interested in this option contact us for details.
Returns We realize mistakes can be made on both ends of a transaction and we work hard to avoid doing so on our end. In the event that a mistake has been made on our part, we will replace the item once it has been returned to us in it's original condition with our garment tag attached as it was when received, along with a copy of the original paypal invoice and a note telling us what the problem is. Once the item has been inspected and validated to have met the above conditions and we have determined that we are at fault, we will immediately ship a replacement.
Because we make all of our shirts to order we are unable to refund or exchange if the only reason being that a change of mind has taken place or if a mistake has been made with size, color, design and/or graphic placement on the behalf of the buyer.
In some cases, If you decide you do not want the item we will exchange the item once the above conditions are met along with $7.00, for shipping and handling, to be included in the return package. Eligeability will be determined by us after the buyer has made contact with us to discuss the problem. In the event a refund is demanded and both seller and buyer have agreed to terms, a 30% re-stock fee will be applied.
