Let's face it . . . this frameset has a considerable amount of small scratches and a good sized ding in the top tube (See online pics per the supplied link above). However, in spite of the scratches, the paint is not bad! I believe that with a good touch-up job using matching paint, you could make this frameset look even nicer! Perhaps you would like to fill in the ding and do a complete make-over paint job on it. Or why not polish and wax the frameset and use it as is? Polish can do wonders! One other thing . . . in spite of external rust where paint scratches and chips are, the frameset appears to be rust free internally (See bottom bracket and heat tube internal pics per the supplied link above). I don't know about you, but I have never seen a Peugeot frameset like this before. Note the Simplex dropouts (See pics)! It appears all French! For the rest of the world, I can only use USPS Global Express service. In addition, since the shipment is very large, it dimensionally calculates out to 52 pounds (~24Kg). A package with this weight is very expensive using USPS Gobal Express. The cost is more than $200USD and as high as $500USD.
