PAYMENT: AS PER EBAY’S NEW TERMS I CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS, IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL PLEASE GO SIGN UP ITS FREE AND EASY TO DO. I have had a number of non-paying ebayer’s PLEASE IF YOU ARENT GOING TO PAY THEN DON’T BID!!

Shipping (domestic): We are always happy to combine shipping when possible. Just a note about priority shipping versus parcel post - most of you know this - but for those who do not - priority usually takes about 2 to 3 days to arrive - but this is not guaranteed. Parcel post can sometimes take as long as 10 days (or more) - generally depending on how far the package is going. Just want to make sure you know what to expect when deciding between the two. Additionally, media can take two weeks to arrive - not always - but it can happen!

Combined Shipping - higher rates!: With the current postal rates I just wanted to warn you that, both domestically and internationally, the bigger the package, the greater the chance that it will jump to a higher shipping mode. So, that said, I will always combine on shipping but it is not always a big saver. One item that can be shipped first class internationally at a lower rate may jump up in price considerably if it is paired with another item in a larger box as it is then required for it to be shipped priority. Similar for domestic shipping - they are now measuring boxes and if they are bigger - the rates increase. So, just an FYI - don't want anyone to be surprised if they decide to combine and the rate jumps a lot!

Bidding on more than 1 auction: If you have won an auction and intend to bid on other current auctions, by all means, please feel welcome to hold off on paying so that you can combine on shipping should you win the other auction(s). I don't always catch it when someone is still bidding so feel free to let me know so that I can mark your account that you are still bidding. I are happy to wait so that you can save on shipping charges! All I ask is that you let me know that you will be bidding on more items, I appreciate it.

Shipping Internationally: Due to high prices of shipping I prefer not to ship Internationally but it depends on what the item is and your willingness to pay the costs, so don’t be afraid to ask if you are international and want a certain item I have listed. Also remember there is no insurance on international shipping. Also with international shipping I need to go into the post office which I usually don’t do as I do my postage at home & a carrier’s picks up my packages. Therefore I do charge a fee for having to leave home since I am disabled so when you get your package and its postage doesn’t match the amount you paid for shipping you will know what it is.

Shipping Misc: I always intend to charge actual shipping rates as eBay calculator gives a 1-2 pounds or 3-4 pounds etc to choose from I try to be as exact as possible - I never intend to profit on shipping! Also on some listings its buy it now get free shipping and some people cant get the shipping cost off the payment invoice, rest assured I will send you an invoice marking the shipping free.

Insurance: I will not be held responsible for uninsured packages - if you want insurance - please request it. If for any reason your invoice says that insurance is not available, just ask, it might simply mean you need to change your shipping mode.

Insurance Claims: If an insurance claim needs to be filed due to insured items damaged or lost in the mail, the buyer will submit the insurance claim to their post office. I will send you all paperwork and you will do the rest. according to the post office, that is the best way to do it - especially with damaged items.

Feedback: I always leave feedback on completion of a transaction - meaning that buyer has paid for the item, I feel once you have paid for the item you have held up your end of the transaction. If once you receive your item and your not happy or something is wrong please let me know by email or message so I may try to make it right, as you know you cant always make everyone happy but usually there is a happy medium. Other wise if all is well when you receive your items I would appreciate your feedback on my feedback page.

Returns: I don’t do returns as stated in all my listings. I list my items and note any problems with the items that I see wrong. Sometimes a buyer may see an item in good condition and the seller might see it in very good condition, this is just a conflict of ones opinion, so please ask questions if you aren’t sure of an items condition.

Buy it Now: Unless an auction is listed as a Buy It Now auction, we will not end an auction for a BIN offer. So, unless you have some outrageously high offer to make on an auction item, please don't ask us to end an auction early. We consider it unfair to those who are watching an auction and tend to bid later to end an auction early.

Late Payment: I like to get payment as quickly as possible but know this is not always an option for some if you can not pay with in 3 days please let me know in writing when you will be paying even though I give you 7 days to pay I would appreciate a note letting me know when to expect payment. You have up to 7 days from auction end, I reserve the right to relist the item, file a nonpaying bidder report and leave appropriate feedback. If you can not pay within that time frame but do intend to pay - that is fine as long as you let us know and we make alternate arrangements - but, you have to communicate with us so we know!

Postal Carrier: I use the United States Post Services - only. If you would like me to use another carrier - and if we agree, there will be an additional $10 surcharge on top of all actual shipping charges just because of the price of gas and my time to go somewhere else.
