We use either USPS or UPS for our shipping service. We generally use UPS for heavier items, and USPS for medium and lightweight items.
We will combine shipping to save customers money on shipping. If multiple items are purchased, the buyer will be required to pay the highest shipping price first, then every other item after that will be half of the listed shipping price for the item.
We will only ship to billing addresses! Orders with non-matching billing/shipping addresses will not be processed until we can verify the order with the buyer.
A streetaddress is required for us to ship via UPS. For Post Office Boxes and military bases we must ship via USPS.
Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery of all standard USPS shipments, which include but are not limited to HI, AK, PR, APO's, and FPO's. Orders often arrive much sooner. We recommend using USPS Priority to these destinations for faster delivery times.
Confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent when package has been shipped. Current shipment status can be checked with UPS at (800) PICK-UPS or at their website. USPS delivery confirmation numbers can be checked on the USPS website for updates/status. Tracking information is available 24 hours after package has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping service.
We are committed on the mission to providing all our customers with excellent products and services. If you're out happy with a product, simply contact us and follow our return policy for a refund. To qualify for a refund on most items, request for return instructions must be made within 3 days of delivery of your original order. Once you received an RMA number from us, please also include a copy or original invoice if possible, and write full name with mailing address, description of item or items being returned, and reason for return in the return package on a piece of paper. All returned items will be sent back to the owner, if you do not contact us first to get an RMA number. NO EXCEPTIONS! All items must be returned in new or unused condition and include the original packaging materials included with shipment. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling to/from A&J Tactical is nonrefundable. Most refunds with be processed within 1 week or less.
Warranty:
Please inspect all contents of your package immediately upon delivery to make sure order arrived in satisfactory condition. In a unlikely event there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving negative feedback, we'll try our best to help resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. Insurance is advised, but not mandatory. We do not cover any items damaged during transit by the shipper to the customer. We try our best to package and protect all items to ensure safe delivery.We warranty all products to be free of manufacture defect for up to 14 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. Warranty covers repair or replacement of a defective item. We don’t cover return shipping cost for defective items to us from customers.

Restricted Items:
There are products listed on our website that require an Export License to send outside of the U.S. such as optics, rifle stocks, night vision, and lasers. Furthermore, Export of U.S.Controlled Items prohibits exporting or re-exporting at any time without t proper authorization from the U.S.Department of Commerce, State or OFAC (whichever applies).
