RETURNING MERCHANDISE

IF YOUR PHONE IS NOT RECEIVED AS ADVERTISED IN AUCTION - Please email us ASAP so that we may remedy the situation.

In order to return a product, you must contact us within 7 days of the date delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If more than
7 days have passed since date of receipt the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be denied. You will be responsible for returning
the item to CommCentral. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your item. We will pay the postage to return the item to you.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged when a repair/replacement is available but the buyer insists on a refund instead.
