About Our DVD's
All DVD auctions start at just .99 cents, are in English, genuine and sealed by the manufacturer - We do not sell Asian imports, copies or bootlegs.  This DVD was made in the USA, has interactive menus and scene selection.  OUR DVD RETURN POLICY: Open DVD's may only be returned for exchange of the same title.  If you happen to receive the wrong title, DO NOT break the seal and contact us immediately so we can correct our error!

Problem Playing? Just like when you buy a DVD at the store, occasionally the DVD may not work in your DVD Player.  Your DVD Player may have a dirty lens, the lens has seen its best days, or your model is simply too picky.  If the DVD is of poor quality, it will not play in a cheap player, expensive player or your computer.  If this should happen, we will gladly exchange your DVD for the same title.  DVD's returned to us are tested - we use a cheap $49 DVD Player, a top of the line Sony Player and a computer that plays DVD's. 

Payment & Terms
Payments must be received in U.S. currency within 10 days of auction close.  We accept PayPal, credit cards and e-check, per ebay rules.  We must collect 6% Sales Tax from MI residents.

Shipping
Item(s) ship during regular business hours upon receipt of cleared payment. We do not ship on Sundays or postal Holidays.  A shipping discount is available for multiple purchases if all are paid for at the same time. All DVD's are packed as safely as possible, but if you are concerned with the item getting damaged in the mail or getting lost PLEASE get insurance! We cannot be held liable for the postal service losing or damaging your item if insurance was not purchased!  Delivery Confirmation is included for all U.S. Shipments. You will receive an email with Delivery Confirmation information automatically when the item ships. Check your spam folder if you haven't received shipping confirmation 48 hours after your payment clears. First Class Mail can take 3 to 10 "mail" days to arrive at its destination. If you need your order faster than that, just contact us for a price quote.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International customers: Packages may be delayed in customs. We have no control over how long your package will take to arrive, it is determined by how your customs agency handles incoming packages. Foreign transactions may be subject to additional tariffs and duties separate from our shipping fees.
