Return Policy

TNT Electronic Inc Guarantee:
TNT Electronic Inc wants to ensure you have the best experience possible with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns in accordance with the following policy:

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date you originally received the item for a refund;
Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $10.00)
Returns received after 14 days can only be replaced. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
Defective return will be replace or refund at our discretion. Items found to be defective due to unauthorized repairs, software issues, physical damage will not be covered under our return policy or warranty. 

To initiate a return, contact us through "Ask seller a question" for a Return Authorization;
Include your ebay item # - as well as reason for return on the form at the bottom of this page;
To prevent fraudulent returns, we also ask that you include the serial number of the item you are returning;
Please securely package the item and include this page with the shipment;

We accept U.S. Paypal payment and U.S. Credit Card over the phone.

All payment must be completed within 7 days after auction ended. We reserve the right to relist the item if 

payment is not received within 7 days after the end of the auction.

8.25% Sale Tax applies to all Texas Residence

Non-U.S. Paypal and Non-U.S. credit card payment are not accepted.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your payment is cleared, your order will be processed within 24 business hours.

We usually ship order out the next business day via USPS or UPS ground. For express shipping, please contact us prior making payment.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will require additional $10.

We do not ship to international and APO/FPO addresses.

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping rates for multiple items. To qualify for our combined shipping discount, all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the same package. You will be invoiced the full shipping cost on the most expensive shipping rate and charged an additional fee for each item based on the type of item. 

Shipping Damages: Buyer is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will contact shipping carrier on your behalf to file a damage claim. Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by the shipping carrier. Hold the item, original packaging and contact us immediately.

You will be refunded only after the claim has been approved and paid by the shipping carrier.

All of our merchandise is in sold AS-IS condition & without warranty unless otherwise specified.

Additional warranty is available through Square Trade. If you would like to purchase extended warranty please use the Square Trade Warranty button which appears on the bottom of each listing.

We reserve the right to cancel bids during an auction from bidders with negative or limited feedback or a history of bid retractions. We also reserve the right to block non-paying bidders or bidders with negative feedback related issues.
