My Otome is a spinoff series of the hit anime/manga series My Hime, but the premises is set in another timeline so to speak. My Otome follows Akira Yumemiya, an Otome with powers to be able to act as bodyguards to the kingdom royalty. She is looking for her mother, who was also an Otome, and along the way she encounters various other Otomes and people, and in the midst of it all, a conspiracy must be uncovered. This CD is in excellent condition, with no scratches on the surface. CD comes with an obi. CD has been tested for playback.

Buyer’s items come quicker when Ebay policies are followed. Here are my Ebay policies to ensure that your items come quickly, safely, and surely.

Bidding and Payment:

1. Paypal only. I currently do not accept any other form of payment.

2. Buyer has up to seven days to pay for the item after auction closes.

3. If you fail to pay for the item after the seventh day, you will receive a warning from me and an extra three days to pay.

4. If original buyer fails to pay for item after the 10 day period without a response to the seller, an unpaid item dispute will be filed.

5. If within the seven day dispute period that I do not receive payment, the item shall be second chance offered to the next highest bidder for three days, and so forth down the line of bidders.

6. If you are the original buyer and do not pay for your item in the end, you will be blocked from bidding on my items.

7. Bidding on multiple items with different ending dates will extend the payment period of items that end earlier so that buyers are allowed to pay for multiple items at the same time.

8. If you have bid on the item but change your mind and do not wish to purchase the item, please notify me so that I can remove your bid from the listing. 

9. In the event that you win an item and then change your mind about purchasing the item, an unpaid item dispute will be opened with the notation that the buyer purchased the item in error. Buyers in this case DO NOT RECEIVE UNPAID ITEM STRIKES. It is in the best interest of both the buyer and the seller that the buyer cooperate with the seller to settle this dispute immediately.

10. Second chance offers are effective immediately if the case of #9 should occur.

11. If no buyer is found, the item may or may not be relisted.

12. If an emergency or such occurs where the buyer’s payment will be delayed, seller must be notified so that seller does not open an unpaid item dispute.

13. In the case of an unpaid item dispute that is closed on an item with multiple bidders, the original buyer loses his/her privileges in trying to pay for the item. If a second chance offer has been accepted and then the original buyer pays for the item, the original buyer will immediately be refunded payment.

Domestic United States Shipping:

1. Free domestic shipping for customers living in the United States.

2. Free shipping for items falls under USPS standard ground mail services.

3. Faster shipping such as priority mail service and overnight service is available as an option with certain items. This must be paid by the buyer in order to receive these mailing services.

4. Domestic shipping occurs within two to five business days after payment is received.

5. When your item ships, you will receive a notice within 24 hours that I have shipped the item.

6. Confirmation numbers are complimentary, and are given upon notification from the seller. Buyers are responsible for keeping their shipping confirmation numbers.

7. For buyers outside of the mainland United States, which includes the states of Hawaii and Alaska, plus other US territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico and places, standard shipping will take anywhere from 2-6 weeks due to packages being shipped by boat. Buyers bidding on and winning my items are fully aware that this is the standard shipping time policy for USPS services to these areas outside of mainland United States. Faster mailing services are available upon payment from the buyer.

8. If multiple items have been bid on by one buyer, then they will be invoiced together when the last item ends.  This way all items can be shipped at the same time.

9. On multiple item transactions, if you pay for items separately, then your items will be processed and shipped separately.

10. Buyers are aware that there may be weather, natural disasters, or unearthly situations beyond human control that may delay the shipping of their item. The seller asks for and expresses gratitude for the patience of the buyers in receiving their items.

International Shipping:

1. Some items will not be shipped internationally. These include figurines, cameras, hard drives, etc.

2. Shipping payment required for international shipping.

3. Shipping to Canada is conducted through UPS shipping services.

4. Shipping services to other countries will be at the discretion of agreement between the buyer and seller.

5. In order to obtain accurate shipping costs and service details, the buyer may be required to provide their shipping address and phone number to calculate shipping costs.

6. Premature payment of item before shipping calculation is completed holds the buyer responsible to pay the required remaining shipping balance due to the seller. A notice and payment request will be sent through Paypal services. If seller does not receive remaining shipping balance required, then the item bought will not ship.

7. If the buyer does not pay the remainder for shipping, and the item does not get shipped, then the buyer will be refunded what balance they paid to the seller.

8. Buyer has up to seven days to pay for item after invoice has been sent.

9. Item will ship 3-7 business days after payment has been received.

10. Once item has shipped, the buyer will be notified within 24 hours of shipment. In the case of Canada customers, they will be given a UPS shipping confirmation number. Shipping confirmation for other mailing including USPS and Fed-Ex is based on the shipping service that the buyer uses. Shipping confirmation numbers are not available for all international mailing services.

11. Certain countries cannot be shipped to. If buyer is living in a country where shipping services are not provided, buyer will immediately be contacted by the seller, and a non-penal dispute will be opened so that both the buyer and seller can agree to neutrally conclude the transaction without incident.

12. Certain items will not be shipped outside of the mainland United States. This may be due to customs issues, or fragile items.

13. International customers are aware that shipping of items depending upon the service that they use can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks. Weather, natural disasters, international crises, customs issues, local postal services or unearthly situations beyond human control may delay the shipping of their item. The seller asks for and expresses gratitude for the patience of the buyers in receiving their items.

Insurance:

1. Due to Ebay’s removal of insurance options, buyer cannot purchase insurance for items anymore.

2. Only certain packages shipped will be insured automatically by the seller. They are: a) Packages containing a combined value of $100 or more (applies to single items which value is $100 or more), b) certain electronics items (hard drives, cameras, etc.), c) certain fragile items that may be listed. Automatically insured items will have it in the item description.

3. International items shipped are covered up to a certain amount provided by the shipping service being used for free.

Refunds/Returns:

1. To receive a refund for an item that is broken, defective, or buyer may have found any dissatisfaction with, buyer must return item within seven days after receiving item.

2. NO REFUNDS GIVEN if item is not returned.

3. Seller must be notified if item is to be returned.

4. Buyer must pay return shipping fees; seller is not responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Once return has been made and completed, buyer will be refunded the amount that they paid for the item. No refunds are given for shipping costs.

Feedback:

1. Feedback is left by the seller for the buyer after feedback is left for the seller by the buyer.

2. Positive feedback is left by the seller, who is willing to work with the needs of the buyer.

3. Feedback helps the seller to address any issues that buyers may have had when buying their item.
