You are looking at a used Discovery Kids Crystal Growing Kit.  My son and I have used it to make 2 things; a glow in the dark geode and the stalactites.  The box says that there are 12 crystal growing activities.  The instructions are with it and it is easy to order stuff for it (although not very much was used out of it).

It will ship USPS priority flat rate.
