Info:
This phone has been fully tested and everything is in working order. The software has been updated through iTunes so you CAN send and receive picture messages on this phone! There are no cracks on the screen, although there are some very tiny scratches that do not affect performance and are not very visible, if at all, and I didn't notice them until thorough inspection for this ad. There is a small chip on the corner (see pics) which is completely covered by the phone case. This phone was used for less than 1 year by 1 person. I have included many pics so you can see exactly what you will be getting. Just put in your sim card and go! This phone has no yet been unlocked and can only be used with AT&T unless you unlock ("Jailbreak" it)/have it unlocked.

Payment:
I only accept Paypal as payment for. Please pay within 7 days. The sooner you pay, the sooner I can ship to you :) If you do an e-check through Paypal, it can take many days for it to clear so if you want your phone fast, I would suggest doing a regular instant transfer from your bank account through Paypal.

Shipping:
I will ship this phone via PRIORITY MAIL the same day that I receive money through Paypal. I will only ship to US and Canada for this auction. I will purchase delivery confirmation and insurance for US packages. I am unable to refund for any lost, broken, or misplaced packages due to USPS. I am honest and ship very carefully so there will not be any damage due to my part. I will label the box FRAGILE and protect the item(s) inside the box/package, but once it is out of my hands, it is no longer my responsibility since I no longer have control over the package. I trust USPS and ship through them often.

Returns:
I will accept returns within 3 days of the day you receive the phone if I have somehow grossly misrepresented the item. I have included everything that I know about the phone and included lots of pictures so please be sure you want the phone before bidding.
