Book is Very Good plus condition with some stresses along the spine, some light foxing to the upper right corner of the front cover and the left edge of the back cover, date stamp on back cover, tiny tear the bottom of the back cover goes through whole book, off-white to light beige interior pages. Light basement smell.

Current Overstreet values this at about $26.00.
