Our standard shipping carrier is UPS. Tracking service is provided when items are shipped. All orders are processed within two to three business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holiday). Please allow approximately 3-8 business days for delivery. Longer delivery times are experienced during the holidays. We do NOT provide an option for local pick-ups

International Shipping Options:

We do not ship packages internationally (outside of the continental United States). We do not ship to any P.O.Box, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island and Canada. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. All return products will requires a 20% restocking fee and buyer will need to handle all return shipping. If your item becomes damaged during transit to your residence, please keep the original packaging. Claims for broken items must be processed no later than 15 days of shipment shipping date.
