Baseball, Apple Pie, Chevrolet Farmhouse Diorama NScale

Just before going back to school, three young boys are visiting Grandpa and Grandma on the farm. After taking apples inside to Grandma for apple pies, the boys are playing a pick-up game of baseball in the front yard, while Grandpa is watching from his trusty bench on the front porch and the dog is trying to get into the game.

It's trash day today and the trash can and extra bag of trash are at the end of the driveway, waiting for the truck to come along. Also, the mailbox has the flag up and is ready for the mailman.

The old farmhouse has weathered over the years and could use a paint job...maybe next year....

Sitting in the driveway is Grandpa's old Chevrolet pick-up truck. It's a bit rusty and dusty and it has a lot of miles on it, but the old gal is tuned and runs great.

The heating oil tank by the back of the house is already filled and ready to take on winter's coming chill. Farther back, one of Grandma's bushes has already changed from green to its fall color. Same for her flowers in the huge pot on the front porch.

The ladder is loose so that it can either be placed against the Apple tree or lay flat on the ground.
