Up for auction I have a brand new cobra OVER KILL (Leader of the entire B.A.T. unit).  He is brand new (look at picture) and comes with his Gun, Stand & file card (no broken thumbs or crotch or loose parts.  figure is Brand New).  He is from my husbands collection and will come the bag that he came in (part of Troop builder mail away).  He has a removable right hand (never removed) so that you can place his gun right on it.  He would be perfect for any G.I. Joe / Cobra fan or collector and would make a nice gift.  I am starting the auction at $.01 and $3.99 for shipping and that will include shipping confirmation.
