Payments not received by the above deadlines will receive a reminder 7 days after the auction closes. If no reply received, the non-paying bidder process will commence.

All items paid for by Paypal are shipped within 5 working days of payment. Payments made by cheque will require a 10 working day period before the item is shipped – please be aware that this is a timescale sufficient to not only clear the cheque, but to allow the bank to notify me of any non-payment by letter. Unless specified, all UK destination shipments under 1kg in weight are sent first class. Shipments over 1kg are sent by the standard parcel service. Recorded delivery and/or insurance are available at additional cost – please request amended shipping and handling total if this is required. In most cases, all overseas destinations for weighty items will be by Airmail. Overseas buyers are warned that for some parts of the world (i.e. Australasia) surface mail can take up to 3 months. Generally, North America is within 8 weeks. If you want a quote for Surface mail – please ask!

I always ship items as above and obtain proof of postage. I also always attach a ‘return address should the Postal carrier have trouble in making the delivery. Therefore, please assume that your item is on route and if not received within 14 days (UK non-cheque payment only) please advise me accordingly. Overseas buyers and UK cheque payment buyers will take longer for the items to arrive.

I take great care in protecting your purchase from even the clumsiest of postal worker, however a determined wrecker may still succeed! Equally, there are still far too many dishonest people out there who may take a fancy to your item. Therefore, if you are at all concerned about the safe delivery of your item, please ask for insurance to be added to your shipping total.

A full refund of your item will be made if a genuine mistake in the item description has been made however I do take care to describe items accurately. If this proves not to be the case then please return the item in the original packaging to receive the refund
