  TERMS

ITEMS: 

·         Please email me if you have any questions.

·         The items I sell come from various places.  I cannot guarantee they are from smoke-free/pet-free homes.  My home is not critter-free.

PAYMENT:

·         The winning bidder will receive an invoice shortly after the auction ends.  Please respond within 3 days to let me know how & when you will pay. 

·         Payment is due within 7 days.

·         I prefer Paypal payments.  If you are paying via e-check through Paypal, I cannot ship until the payment has cleared.  No checks!

·         You must be “verified” and provide a “confirmed” address when paying via Paypal.

·         Failure to contact me and pay within the timeframes will result in an unpaid bidder claim.  Ebay could impose a strike against you.  Strikes = termination from Ebay.

SHIPPING:

·         Shipping in the US only!

·         Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  I do charge $1 handling fee to most items.  This helps to cover packaging materials, delivery confirmation, gas, etc.

·         Insurance is recommended.  I will carefully pack your items, but am not responsible once your item is shipped. 

·         I ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.

·         I am always happy to combine shipping.  If you are planning to buy additional items, please wait for the combined shipping invoice before paying.  Be sure to check out my other auctions!

·         Photos ship for $1- up to 5 photos/$1.  44 cents for each set of 5 after that. 

·         Please be advised of average delivery timeframes.  I ship through USPS.  You should receive a shipping notice when I ship your item.  It will include a delivery confirmation tracking number.  Sometimes USPS updates this during the journey to your home– sometimes they don’t. 

o   First Class Mail - 1-3 business days

o   Parcel Post – 2-9 business days

o   Priority Mail – 1-3 business days

o   Media Mail – 2-9 business days

RETURN POLICY:

·         I am an honest seller and do my best to accurately describe each item I sell.  If you feel your item was misrepresented, please contact me ASAP.  Refunds (including shipping) will be refunded when item is returned.
