Customs

Damage Claims Insurance protects against damage during shipment or non-delivery. Please save any damaged shipping containers, as damage is only covered if extensive damage to the shipping container can be proven. Loss Claims USPS does not consider a package lost in the US for 14 days and 45 business days for international orders following ship date. We can only reship or refund when insurance is opted for, and after this time frame. If package is showing proof of delivery, insurance claims are generally denied. If you would like special handling (i.e. do not leave packages on porch), please leave a note in the checkout customer notes section. Shipping Errors or Manufacturing Defects We guarantee that your order will be correct and free of defects. Despite our best efforts to create a perfect buying experience, there may be errors in your order processing or a manufacturing defect. Should that happen, send an e-mail to service@prettyskin4less.com within 3 days of receiving the item and tell us the error or defect, invoice number, and the stamped name of person that packaged your order. We'll promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and pay for return shipping at our discretion. International orders require us to refund shipping costs once return is received. United States orders are provided with a prepaid shipping label. Returns for any other reason Prettyskin4less offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased through our site due to a manufacturer defect or error, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Pre-authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Prettyskin4less.

Products are eligible for an exchange of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. The following offer a "no questions asked" return policy: Dermalogica, Laroche Posay Biomedic, Jan Marini, MD Formulations, Eminence Organics, and Murad. You may return these brands with original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
If returning an item, all parts, printed materials, and boxes must be included in order to be eligible for a refund and well as invoice number and reason for return. To ensure that your returns are received by Prettyskin4less, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service and a trackable shipping method. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Prettyskin4less, damaged, or there is a manufacturer defect and insurance was opted for. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. If insurance was not opted for and items were damaged, we may ask you to return the item at your expense. |
