Return Policy

Damage Claims

Insurance protects against damage during shipment or non-delivery. Please save any damaged shipping containers, as damage is only covered if extensive damage to the shipping container can be proven.

Loss Claims

USPS does not consider a package lost in the US for 14 days and 45 business days for international orders following ship date. We can only reship or refund when insurance is opted for, and after this time frame. If package is showing proof of delivery, insurance claims are generally denied. If you would like special handling (i.e. do not leave packages on porch), please leave a note in the checkout customer notes section.

Shipping Errors or Manufacturing Defects

We guarantee that your order will be correct and free of defects. Despite our best efforts to create a perfect buying experience, there may be errors in your order processing or a manufacturing defect. Should that happen, send an e-mail to service@prettyskin4less.com within 3 days of receiving the item and tell us the error or defect, invoice number, and the stamped name of person that packaged your order. We'll promptly issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and pay for return shipping at our discretion. International orders require us to refund shipping costs once return is received. United States orders are provided with a prepaid shipping label.

Returns for any other reason

Prettyskin4less offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased through our site due to a manufacturer defect or error, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Pre-authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Prettyskin4less.

Please contact service@prettyskin4less.com for return process and eligibility. Products are eligible for an exchange of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. Products are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs if it didnt meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction. See items not eligible for returns below.

The following do NOT accept returns on open products unless there is a manufacturer defect: Cellex-c, GloMinerals, Fake bake, Freeze 24/7, Obaji, MD Forte, and Neova.

The following offer a "no questions asked" return policy: Dermalogica, Laroche Posay Biomedic, Jan Marini, MD Formulations, Eminence Organics, and Murad. You may return these brands with original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

If returning an item, all parts, printed materials, and boxes must be included in order to be eligible for a refund and well as invoice number and reason for return. To ensure that your returns are received by Prettyskin4less, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service and a trackable shipping method. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Prettyskin4less, damaged, or there is a manufacturer defect and insurance was opted for. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable. If insurance was not opted for and items were damaged, we may ask you to return the item at your expense.

Product Authenticity & Seals. Review our feedback and you'll see that we sell only sealed, brand new, authentic skin care products well within expiration dates. We never sell any shelf pulls or overstocks. We sell items as per the manufacturer. Please note that some manufacturers sell foil sealed items while others do not. Eminence organic seals are hand packaged and are not tight seals. It is intended to keep product out of the lid and are not tight in most cases.

Expiration Dates. We do not sell used, overstocks or damaged items. This will arrive fresh, unexpired generally with a year or more of a shelf life. Cellex-C and Sun Protection items, due to their instability, may have a shorter shelf life but once opened, most items are good for 1 year. We do a large volume and generally have our stock on shelf for less than 2 weeks.
