Payment

International orders over $150 must be sent priority mail if you choose to pay via paypal.  Please note that you are responsible for any applicable taxes that may be applied in your country with customs

Payments MUST be made within 7 days of auction close.  If combining items you must pay for all items within 7 days from the time your 1st item ends.

Email us with any questions about our shipping policy prior to bidding if you are unsure of the policy.

Shipping

All items are packaged according to UPS/USPS guidelines. Insurance is required (and in most cases included in the price of S/H) on items over $100 and a signature is required on item/items over $250 that are shipped USPS.

Domestic shipping will in most cases be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. We only ship 2 times a week although exceptions can be made if you have special needs.

Tracking information will be provided after funds clear and the package ships. Please leave positive feedback after you receive your frog and everything is to your satisfaction.

We ship to Canada First Class International Mail or USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Note to Canadian Buyers Only:  
Shipments via First Class International typically take up to 3-4 weeks due to the slow Canadian customs process, so if you need your item sooner please choose the Express delivery during checkout.

SHIPPING  INTERNATIONAL:
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE via USPS Priority and Express Mail. Tracking information can be provided upon request. Please be patient as it can take up to 5-10 business days depending on the time of year and your geographical location.

Most International orders will ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.

International Shipping Costs DO NOT include duty taxes.  You will be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of package based on your countries rates.

Money back will be provided if we have grossly misrepresented an item. We do our best to accurately describe and take as many pictures as possible of the actual item for sale. We only ask that you contact us immediately so we know the issue didn't happen after you receive the item.

 If there is damage from shipping we will file a claim and together we will get you a refund from UPS or USPS. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. I am reasonable and easy to deal with so if unusual circumstances do arise I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied within reason.
