3 days after the buyer receives it | If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do take returns. Just notify us of your concern and we will do everything in our power to fix it. Basically if the problem is are fault we will replace your item free of charge. We will pay for return shipping and also pay to return a working version of the product back to you. We do this because we test everything and we don't mail junk to our customers. We aren't perfect though and if something does get by us that doesn't work or is grossly misrepresented in our listing then you will be covered 100%. Just let us know before leaving feedback and we gurantee we won't make the same mistake twice.
If purchasing by mistake and need a refund then buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item you will be given a full refund of the item cost less shipping and handling.
Also any NEW items can only be returned for a cash refund if they are still Factory Sealed and in the same condition as received. We will not give cash refunds for items that have been opened and returned. If there is something wrong with a new item after opening we will exchange it out for the same exact item. (This exchange will be for a working used version in like new condition)
