THIS IS A FABULOUS PIECE OF FIREFIGHTING HISTORY FOR YOUR COLLECTION!

For your consideration is this authentic Cairns & Brothers Classic 1000 fire helmet worn in the early 1990's by a friend who is now a retired firefighter.  It has his name on the front on the leather shield with his Lieutenant Bugle insignia on the decal.  His name is also on the back.  Inside it says the size is adjustable. This helmet is used, understandably, and has some black marks and soot on it due to fires, etc. but it is totally intact.  I also have two other Cairns & Brothers helmets (Black Natural Leather and N660C Metro) up for auction.  I would combine shipping upon request.
