Shipping:

·        Your item will usually ship by USPS, UPS or DHL within 24-48 hours after payment has been received, or on Monday if paid on Friday or over the weekend.

·        No PO Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

·        Insurance is required on all my items - no exceptions. This covers both you as a buyer, and me as the seller.

·        In the rare event of a lost or damaged item, the shipping company is responsible for its error and the buyer is responsible for filing an insurance claim. We will do everything that we can to assist in processing your claim. We are not responsible for the performance of any shipping company. We package professionally and securely with sturdy clean packaging materials to ensure that your item(s) arrive to you as they left us.
