| Greetings fellow gardeners and gourmets. Below is the list of seeds we are offering for the Spring 2010 planting season. Each variety is individually packaged, and only cost 1.00 per packet. All seeds were harvested in the Fall of 2009, for the 2010 gardening seasons. All seed varieties have a minimum germination rate of 85%. All varieties have been selected for their proven reliability. All seeds are untreated. Seeds are packaged in resealable plastic bags, and if properly stored, will last for two to three years. A complete set of growing instructions is included. We have been selling seeds on Ebay for five seasons, with a 100% feedback rating.

Variety List Bush Beans 100 Seeds per packet 1.00 ea. 1.Roma: Italian flat podded bean, with great flavor. Freezes the best of any bean. 2.Royal Burgundy: Dark purple bean, that turns green when cooked. Good flavor, and looks outstanding in the garden, with dark green foliage with purple stems and veins. 3.Bush Blue Lake: Standard Blue Lake bean that taste great, and grows well everywhere.

Kohlrabi 200 seeds per packet 1.00 ea. 11.Early White Vienna: Similar to a turnip in taste and appearance, except the bulb grows above the ground. Very mild, sweet flavor.
Turnip 200 Seeds per packet 1.00 ea. 12.Purple Top White Globe: Smooth, round root is bright purple above ground and white below. Tops are great steamed or in salads. Stores well. Best eaten when small.
13.Danish Ballhead: Large 8" Blue-green head. Stores well 14.Red Acre: 6" red cabbage that Stores well.
Cucumbers 40 Seeds per packet 1.00 ea. 15.Armenian: Long light green fruit. Mild flavor, grows up to 12" long, if trellised. 16.Lemon: Round yellow cukes about the size of a lemon. Great for fresh use or pickling. 17.Straight Eight: Standard market cuke, smooth with very few spines.

Greens 500 Seeds per packet 1.00 ea. 32.Arugula: Peppery, nutty flavored green, used to spice up salads. 33.Bloomsdale Spinach: Dark Green Leaves, easy to grow in all climates. 34.Endive, Broadleaf Batavian: A salad green, also known as escarole. Has large, slightly twisted leaves up to 15" across. Tangier flavor and thicker than lettuce, Mix with other greens in salads, or cook as greens, Taste best if harvested during the cool weather of autumn. 35.Fordhook Giant Swiss Chard: Dark green crinkled leaves, heavy producer. 36.Ruby Red Swiss Chard: Spectacular looking plants. Good producer. 37.Georgia Southern Collards: Good producer of dark blue-green collard leaves. High in Vitamin A, B1, B2, and C. Good freezes and cans well. A very popular Southern green. 38.Giant Red Mustard: Crimson-purple leaves really stand out in the garden. Plants are very slow to go to seed, and grow to 14”tall.The spicy flavor is great in salads if picked young. Can be cooked as greens like spinach or chard, when they reach a larger size. 39.Mizuna Mustard: Deeply cut, frilly leaves add nice texture and spice to salads. Melons 40 Seeds per packet 1.00 ea. 54.Hales Jumbo: Large oval cantaloupe, bright orange flesh, stands up to drought and heat. 55.Crenshaw: 10 pound fruits ripening to a yellow-green outside with orange- pink flesh.
