Payment
Payment via Paypal is expected within 7 days of auction ends trough the secure Ebay checkout system. We are flexible, however, so if a problem arises, please let us know so that we can work with you. Communication is Key!
Some of the electronics items we list are very limited in stock, so fast payment will allow your order to be processed promptly and will lessen the chance that an item youve ordered will be sold out or back-ordered. Items that have a limited quantity of stock will ALWAYS state this in the listing, so please be sure to read the entire listing.

We ONLY ship to the Paypal verified address on file with the Paypal account you used to make your payment. This is according to Ebays rules and regulations and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this, so please do not ask. Asking us to ship items to an address different than the confirmed address on file with Paypal is against Ebays rules. Thank you in advance for respecting this rule, as it is in place to protect you as a buyer!
Shipping Prices
We strive to be very fair in our shipping costs. The costs quoted reflect the size and weight of the particular item(s) in question. We do our absolute best to combine shipping on multiple items invoiced and paid for together in order to save you money. Keep in mind that heavier items are simply more costly to ship.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders that ship to California ONLY. The amount of the sales tax is 9.25%. Our supplier is located in California and requires that we charge the appropriate state sales tax for all orders that ship within that state.
International Buyers
international buyers are welcome! We ship to most countries, but you will need to get a shipping quote BEFORE making your purchase.
International shipping is more costly, so please give us your full address PRIOR to making your purchase and we can give you an exact shipping quote on the item(s) in question.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Please be aware that most items we sell are made for use in the United States. Items that require AC/DC power to be operable come from the US and therefore have American plugs, in order to work in other countries you will need to get a worldwide voltage converter/plug adapter kit that you can buy online at low cost for less than $10.00 usd. Do not buy items of this nature if you are not sure they will work with the outlets in your country! Returns made because the item will not plug into your countries outlets are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the shipping & handling charges will also be non-refundable.
Refurbished Items
Some of the electronics items we offer are refurbished and many of them are brand new. The listing will ALWAYS state whether an item is new or refurbished. What exactly are refurbished items?
What are 'Factory Renewed' products?
A product is labeled 'Factory renewed' for any number of reasons:
Open Box: Items cannot be sold as new if product packing is removed without a purchase. Returns: Consumers can return products for any reason. Perhaps the consumer didn't like the product or had difficulty getting the item to work. Whether it's the very next day or months later, these items must be identified as 'reconditioned' or 'refurbished' to be resold. Scratch and Dents: Some items are returned with visible wear and tear. we makes every effort to ensure that our reconditioned merchandise does not include 'Scratch and Dents.'
How are products renewed? Every renewed product must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing, the product is repackaged. This service may be performed by the original manufacturer, or a reputable professional outside firm. All products are returned to like-new or almost new condition.
Will 'Factory Renewed' products come in different packaging? Packaging and terminology may differ from the original. Some items will arrive in a regular retail box with a sticker indicating that it's reconditioned, refurbished, or factory serviced. Some items are repackaged in a plain brown or white box. Enclosed manuals may refer to accessories (camera cases, straps, etc.) that are not included with the reconditioned product. Be sure read over the product information page for a list of included accessories.
What makes a 'Factory Renewed' item such an excellent purchase?

A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders that total $150.00 or more. This is a protection for YOU, the buyer!
Returns Policy
Although uncommon, we do have customers receive defective items from time to time, and our returns policy is in place for just such situations.
If this happens to you, you may either opt for a refund or an exchange.
In order to receive either, you will need an RMA # PRIOR to sending any items back. Failure to comply with this policy will cause delays in processing your refund.
Please report defects within 7 days. Once we have been informed of the defect, we will provide you with an RMA # and the address to which you need to return the item. Once it has been received by our supplier, they will process the request promptly and we will refund your money or issue an exchange, whichever you prefer

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products.
Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
We offer 100% 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. In the case that we make an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer, Once item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or will issued a refund for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable.
For all returns Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our waterhouse and will gladly pay for the cost of shipping the replacement, if there is no replacement available or if the customer prefer not to receive and exchange unit we will refund the purchase price in full less shipping and handle charge and a 20% of restocking fee will be applied . since those are the charge paid to the shipping company for the delivery of the product.
Personal care items: if the item is defective the customer will need to contact the manufacturer directly if the item is unwanted a 20% of restocking fee will applied of the value of the mercahandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
PLEASE be sure what you are buying is the item that you want BEFORE you click to confirm the purchase. Once you confirm, you have entered a binding contract!
