We Clean all of Our Shoes/Boots/Skates,etc. Soles, Inside and Outside the Shoe, Outer Soles and Inner Soles. All Shoe Laces Have Been Removed and washed. Spots, Scratches, Marks, etc. May Be on the Item. We try to remove stains or marks. Sometimes they can not be removed.
Straps,Buckles, Heels, Soles, Seams and Zippers are All Checked Very Carefully before We ship out the Shoes/Boots/Skates, etc. We will Not Send them if Something is Broken, have Brittle Zippers or Broken Heels. Hardware may show minimal tarnishing or scratches. Elastic is Always Intact without Any Rips or Cuts. It is impossible to describe every single spot, scratch, ink mark, etc. but we Try our Best. We Will Not Accept Returns if These Parts of the Shoe or Boot, etc. are Claimed to Not Work or Are Broken Because It Wasn't When They Leave Here.
