In fact, the Underwood history originates from the rich culture of Florentine design and leather accessories. In 1990, Alessandro Rustioni founded the brand naming it after his father's business partner Michael Underwood. His father and Underwood owned a prestigious leather workshop in London that combined British style and Florentine leather craftsmanship in a collection of hunting and riding accessories.

These sleek and elegant pens take inspiration from old world craftsmanship and design and at the same time portray a distinctly modern edge with an international appeal.

Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	I accept a few types of payment.. a)Personal check into any Citibank bank in USA. b)Credit card (Master or Visa) but conditions apply. Please contact me in advance for approval before bidding. c)Bidpay ( Bidpay limit is US$1000) d) Paypal is acceptable for some of my auctions. It will be mentioned in the auction whether I accept Paypal or not. e) Wire into my account in Singapore
Fees	-Shipping is genrally US$20 or US$35 depending on the auction. But for low value item, I ask for US$10 only. All these are indicated in the auctions. These amount are heavily subsidised by us. The real shipping charges are higher. Sometimes it can be US$80 on an average. But we ask for a token of US$35, US$20 or US$10 only. -Handling is free-of-charge. -I am using EMS courier service generally. But for US$10 shipment, I use registered airmail service. - I pack my parcel very carefully to prevent the damage of the presentation box too. I also waterproof the items in case it is left in the open.
Shipping	We ship internationally except a few problematic countries. Check with me if you have doubts. -We are using EMS courier service generally for US$35-20 flat shipping. For US$10 shipment, we use normal registered airmail postal service. -If you wish, we can use Fedex, UPS, DHL too but the shipping charges are higher as we do not have an account with them. - I pack my parcel very carefully to prevent the damage of the presentation box too.
Delivery	I ship upon the receipt of payment for wire transfer, Paypal and personal check. For Bidpay payment, it will shipped upon the receipt of Bidpay approved email. Delivery schedule: EMS courier service - 4 working days. Saturday and Sunday are not classified as a working day. Of course it is subjected to custom clearance in the respective country. Registered Airmail Postal service - about 10-14 days
Refunds & Returns	I accept returns if it is due to manufacturing defects. Since we check our items before delivery, this problem is greatly minimised. Therefore please do not damage the item/s on purpose just for the sake of returning. We will know it. In the event that it is returned, we will refund the money less shipping, less credit card charges (if this option is used), admin charges (if there is any), and other unexpected charges (if there is any). We allow 3 days for buyers to inform us that he is returning the goods to us. The 3 days grace period starts from the day the parcel is received regardless of whether the recipient is the consignee or not. The item must reach us within 10 days after it is notified. The buyer has to pay for the shipping to return the item to us fully insured and safely packed to prevent damages. The item has to be in its original condition with original box and papers. It mustn't be used, dipped (for fountain pen), nor inked (for fountain pen). For lighters, it mustn't be fired.
