Interesting letter sent to a Mrs. Ruth Sprague in Vermont regarding her tenants who refused to pay rent and in fact wanted to pay $2 less a month or they would leave. The $20 rent was just too much! Letterhead reads: E.W. Frauenberger Realtor - Insurance Room 18 Franklin Block, 164 State Street Bridgeport, Conn.
