Shipping:    Ships to continental US -  Shipping cost $25.00. Canada, Alaska and Hawaii - please email us for your shipping cost. UPS ground 6 to 10 business days is our primary shipping method. We do ship 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air if requested. UPS does not operate on weekends or national holidays. Were not responsible for delays due to holidays.   An actual street address must be provided, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.  Failure to provide this information will result in a delay in shipment.  If you have won multiple items, shipping can be combined and in most cases, lowered. If you would like a combined shipping rate, please contact us before sending payment. Failure to include shipping charges with your payment will result in a delay of your shipment.

Returns:   If for any other reason, and you have a change of heart bout the item or  you are not 100% satisfied simply contact us by phone  or email us within 7 days of receiving your item,   Return the item in the original packaging and in the same new condition as you received it and we will refund your purchase price minus the shipping costs. No RETURN or EXCHANGE after 30 days.  Damaged items must be held until UPS can pick it back up for inspection. Shipping costs not refundable.  Any defect or flaw of the product is subject to exchange only.

Terms of sale:   Inventory may go out of stock after your purchase; if this does happen (although unlikely) you will have two options. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund or you can wait the necessary time and receive a back-order. It also may be possible to work out an exchange.
